Those grids are a farce and contrary to what they call "patient safety" they add to having to speed up and potentially make more mistakes (which of course they appreciate because they get the work done but pay you pennies on the dollar). Most likely illegal if anyone looked into it. No other companies play with a handful of variables to reduce your pay through the pay period and don't let you know what you can expect to make until you get your check. Unbelievable.
