I also work for them and I haven't had enough work to keep me busy since November 2015! Some days I may have 100 lines in an 8-hour day. They still expect you to somehow get in your lines even though all three of my accounts are empty. I'm waiting for them to say something to me about I have to go to part time or IC. It's their fault there isn't enough work, not mine!
