Teach an MT - to fish

Perhaps the OP is new and hasn't yet learned how to properly/effectively research. We ALL had to learn that skill at one point. I do think that teaching her to fish rather than tossing her a fish is in her best interests. To develop the habit of asking on a public forum, particularly when it is something relatively simple to find via Google or Websters, probably isn't the best idea for an MT. I don't think pointing that out is rude, but I also think it's important to give the OP the benefit of the doubt.
