While the poor audio for MLS and good audio for QA and QC is not deliberate, it is deliberate that they do not find the reason and fix it.
I suspect is has something to do with compressing and uncompressing the audio when loading the audio file onto our machines.
Sometimes when there is a permitted Java update, it gets better, and sometimes it gets a whole lot worse.
So, if the audio is bad, not my problem, their problem.
