I work 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday. I worked out this sweet deal back when we were Spheris. There was always too much work on Monday and never enough on Saturday so we did a trial run and when I heard we were being taken over by MModal my supervisor made it permanent so I would have a better chance of keeping it, and so far it has stuck. It is kind of a bummer not having 2 whole days off, but it saves me from those long boring Saturdays with either the worst work or not enough work. Also if I need a Saturday off I only have to use 4 hours of PTO rather than 8.
