Same here. They know you cannot achieve the line counts required. It is very obvious to me. You cannot have quality and quantity. You have to have reference books, but NO time to look anything up. No time given to reading the account specifics, yet they give you different facilities with very different demands for an error-free report. Then there are the horrible dictators to which they give you NO room for error either. The 4 cents is based on GREAT dictators and no detours in the cursor. Impossible. We all know it, and so do they. We are used for the off hours, weekends, and holidays, and don't get compensation for that either. Then to be told you are not good enough. Now you have to explain all that to the unemployment personnel. They will make you feel worse again by first denying you. I was asked by the 'clerk'...'oh, you couldn't do the job?' Just remember, you are not alone and it is not you. This job was never meant to be like this.
