What a perfect exit email!! Good for you and great advice. I too was a Transcend employee absorbed by this monster. I worked in radiology and saw the changes coming. I went from loving my job to hating it. Nuance is a corporate monster. They absorb these grassroots companies and slowly destroy the employees for their own profit. I hated this company after about one year, after the hammer came down. I too was fortunate to get out. I encourage all who are here,or are coming through an acquisition, to look at other options and get out and don't come here. This truly is a horrible company to work for. I had posttraumatic syndrome after I left. I was a TSM and dealt with a horrible COM. She was a fool and totally unqualified to manage. I am grateful I got away NEVER to return. Good luck to you and great encouraging words. MLS, find your inner strength and get away from this horrible employer. YOU will never regret it.
