Subject: Never heard this before -

Patient has rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome, being watched for lupus. Meds include methotrexate, folic acid, meloxicam, and Remicade. Patient is complaining today of the sensation of a s/l thread tied around the great toe.

Am I even hearing this right?! Sounds very clear but not sure what that would be a symptom of. Has anyone heard of this, or something that sounds like it. Thanks!
