temporal artery s/l obsee - starstruck

"The patient had an abscess at the temporal artery of s/l obsee." The part that I am hearing as "of" might be part of the actual term Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Just a guess, could you be hearing biopsy?

After you both suggested "biopsy," I relistened and I'm 99% sure that's what it is--especially when reading the whole report over again. Thanks for your help!

Full sentence... S/L "PHILLIP" stent, but it's not in my book and I can't verify it anywhere. Has anyone come across this yet? ...
