The patient follows up six months status-post PCL anterior labral repair.
She is having dropout and SICK scapular syndrome.
I can't find the term dropout anywhere. Thanks.

[ In Reply To ..]I need 40 more winks! I did find a "shoulder drop" on the Medscape website related to breast prosthesis vs shoulder drop. Dropout could be another way of saying a shoulder drop. But I could find nothing on my search for "dropout" per se related to a medical condition. Have I totally buried myself now?

Moving Scapula Over "long Field" In Ortho Test?

He is testing a patient who has shoulder strain. "I can feel some crepitation as he moves his scapula across his s/l long field." I've never heard this before. Maybe "lung field", but in an external ortho test that seems odd. Any thoughts? ...
