Prior history of syncope attributed to orthostatic hypo-a-tropio tension.
my guess - is that dictator
[ In Reply To ..]is either butchering the word hypotension or is trying to combine atrophy with hypotension. Multisystem atrophy can occur with orthostatic hypotension.
