aorto-bi-iliac aneurysm - cmk

How would you type aortobiiliac aneurysm? Aorto-bi-iliac, or aortobiiliac? I've seen both in place, and my gut says no hyphens, but it certainly makes it harder to read that way.

The surgeon definitely says aorto-bi-iliac, and when I google it the word does exist (in their minds :) and both the hyphenated and non-hyphenated ones are used. I guess either one is "acceptable", since the word doesn't really exist anyway! Thanks,

lists it both ways per Stedman . . either aortobiiliac or aortobi-iliac is acceptable.
