ABDOMEN: There is no tenderness or rigidity. OR ABDOMEN: There are no tenderness or rigidity. I got an error today for typing IS instead of ARE. Are does not even sound right when speaking the sentence. Just curious if I am wrong.

You are correct. Subject-verb agreement. The verb "is" refers back to the subject "abdomen," which is singular.

because that was my only error on the report. Maybe that will be one of the reports that I get audited on. Only in my dreams I am sure. This is my 2nd week on 100% QA with stupid error markings like that on every report I get back.
