Under skin exam . . . . He has numerous s/l seb-re keratoses. 

Can't find a reference.  Help if you can please.

seborrheic keratoses


seborrheic keratosis - a common, usually benign type of skin lesion, usually first appearing after age 30 and presenting as a soft, friable plaque with variable pigmentation. The most common sites are the face, trunk, and limbs.

Is it possible that the doctor is trunkating or abbreviating this, slang maybe?

as in sebre keratoses?
