Inox/Einock's/Inoch's DISSECTION? - Me

Posted: Aug 06, 2010

Transcribing a superficial parotidectomy, and the surgeon says very clearly "Inox/Einock's/Inoch's" (not Enoch's) dissection.  He says it a few times.

Can't find this one.  Can anyone here help?

THanks!

Is this the title of the procedure? Is this during initial dissection? What's going on at the time he is saying it?

He used it as a type of dissection in this report, but it is actually an instrument:

INOX DISSECTOR
