correct way to type M:E ratio, e.g., 2.1:4.1 or 2.1 to 4.1.  Thanks for any and all responses.

Make it match your M & E. If you say M:E, then 2.1:4.1. If M/E, then 2.1/4.1, etc. - nm

Dictated:  Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy showed an increased number of small lymphoid cells replacing the marrow in a continuous interstitial and sheet-like pattern.  Iron stores were present.  There was decreased erythropoietic and granulopoietic activity.  There were occasional s/l "neck-yu-TAR-ia" sites.  The lymphocytes seen had mature chromatin.
