Typing an ENT report and dr. states "a gold weight in the eyelet is not needed".  Anyone hear of this before?  The person has a tracheostomy.  Thanks!

Note about child being seen in scoliosis clinic.  Doctor says child is not fully grown, says:  This is a nice 11-year-old girl who looks like she is in the middle of her growth spurt.  She is premenarchal.  She is starting to sprout up and she does not quite have _____ on her hand x-ray.  All of us QA people and the MT hear "camping" -  but can't find this anywhere. This is a gyne oncolgist on consult for pelvic pain and complicated surgical hx.  "Her most recent pelvic ultrasound that we have is from 3/28/2012 which shows a normal sized uterus and endometrial thickness of 4.3 mm, right ovary which had an s/l "anellic" cyst.    Any idea what that word is?  TIA! ...

I know this is something small and silly but she says it twice and it sounds the same way to me.  It is an ER report on a pt with knee pain.    There is pain to palpation of the anterior portion of the patellar area radiating down into the s/l "empatellar" tendon area.  Or inpatellar, or enpatellar.  Any ideas? ...
