I am wondering what the BOS preference is for typing 2nd, 3rd, or 4th vs. second, third, and fourth.

[ In Reply To ..]Fingers, toes, and ribs are 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. Otherwise, it's his second visit, fifth wife, etc. Cranial nerves are by facility preference, but most are still using Roman numerals II-XII.
