Summary of essential job functions • MT Support o Template Management o Job Assignments o Workflow coordination o Provide patient lists o File searches o General platform management o After hours emergency backup o Training o MT Scheduling and PTO Coordination o MT Oversight and management o Log-in and password management • Client Support o STAT calls o CRM ticket entry o Troubleshooting client calls o Client communications workflow oversight o Grading tests of prospective applicants and notifying HR whether the candidate passes or fails o Interviewing prospective applicants o Onboarding/training of new MTs for your respective team o Provide coverage for other Team Leads while they are out of the office • Transcription/Editing o Straight Transcription and/or Editing in line with TAT and workflow demands o Coordinate with SMTs for back-up assistance Minimum requirements • High School diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of medical transcription guidelines and practices according to AAMT Book of Style • Training experience and strong knowledge of eScription and straight platforms required • Must have strong time management and prioritization skills • Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player • Outstanding communication and customer service skills • Demonstrated leadership skills • CMT preferred
