Non-Medical 1:1 Interviews

Although we typically have medical transcription work, we currently are doing a project that involves the transcription of 1 on 1 (via a translator) interviews. The interviewer asks a simple question in English, the translator translates for the participant, and then replies in English.

Although you only type what is spoken in English, you get $1/minute of the total length of the file. Meaning, if there is a 65 minute total file and 1/3rd of the file is in Korean (which you listen through but don't type) you still get paid $65.

We've typed several of these in the office, and generally speaking it works out to be about $22+ dollars/hour.

This job *is* open to students and newbies and a good way to get your foot in the door. You will need MS Word and high-speed Internet access as the files are quite large. If interested, please send a brief work history to:

americantrx@yahoo.com

Do *not* use the APPLY NOW button provided by MTStars as those responses will not reach us.
