We are looking for someone with MT QA and supervision experience to help train and service our clients and also assist in building and supervising our MT production team. As a premiere, national provider of web based medical transcription services to the hospital and clinic market, is looking to grow again and is looking for that “special team member” to join us. If you like challenge and can accept responsibility of taking care of the world’s best customers then we may have the perfect fit for you. This position is a remote office based position and as such we need someone who is very self motivated and driven to get results quickly and efficiently. The position is preferably full time and since we cover all 3 time zones will require some flexibility in hours.

This is a ground floor opportunity for the right person to help a fast growing medical technology company expand. The right person should be able to grow and assume new responsibilities as the company’s needs expand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answers Customer Assistance calls.
• Follows-up on Assistance Line calls/voice mail messages as appropriate.
• General office Admin duties as needed. including but not limited to, maintain records of all activities, document events, incidents and actions, handle all correspondence, filing, etc.
• Timely and accurate submission of time sheets and weekly log.
• Contact customers/prospects via email and phone regularly to do surveys and suggest new products (additional compensation can be made for new sales generated).
• QA transcription for new accounts.
• Co-ordinate with company management, sales reps and production for new account set-up and stabilization
• Assist in assembling, building and managing a cohesive work team.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Customer focused with a “Get It Done” attitude.
• Ability to make outgoing phone calls and excellent phone and people skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of web conferencing (GoToMeeting), Word, Excel, web based CRM, Internet and installing PC applications etc.
• Excellent typing, reading, writing and math skills. 70+ WPM or better with a high degree of accuracy is required.
• Details focused.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Works well within a multi-cultural company environment.
• Ability to work in a team. Experienced in assembling, building and managing a work team.
• Ability to work on a tight deadline.
• Good organizational skills including time management and multi-tasking.
• Excellent problem solving skills. Proven analytical ability – able to examine problems from multiple perspectives to identify root causes and the required improvement strategies.
• Works well with minimal direct supervision.
• Prefer someone with some knowledge of the medical technology market, such as medical transcription, billing/coding (QA level experience is ideal), EMR etc.
• Dedicated, functional and quiet home office environment that has high speed and unlimited long distance capability.
• Ability to successfully manage and adapt to change efforts, new systems, and processes.
• College degree or professional certification is preferred.
• Strong proven ability to multi-task within fast-paced working environment.
• Proven ability to successfully manage and diffuse conflict and channel interactions into positive and constructive resolutions.
• Minimal travel is required


Initial salary ranges from $24k-$27k per year dependent on experience. Benefits include vacation, personal time off with pay. Expenses required to run the office will be reimbursed by the company monthly. A salary increase of up to $6k per year is available after initial 90 day period based on performance.
