Looking for a medical transcription with at least three years MT experience with a minimum of one year orthopedics experience. This is an independent contractor position with a small company. It is a part-time temporary position, but could turn into a long term part-time position. The position will start off with approximately 1-2 hours of actual transcribing per day and within approximately 4-6 weeks be at 3-4 hours of transcribing per day. All English-speaking doctors/PAs. Work completed in MS Word.
Must be accurate, take pride in your work, meet 24-hour TAT, and be able to work independently after initial QA period. Transcription must be high quality. No weekends required and you make your own hours as long as TAT is met. Pre-hire testing is required.
