Transcription Workflow Operations Manager - Medical Transcription

CardioScribes is looking for an experienced Transcription Work-Flow Operations Manager with proven track record.
Responsibilities:
„Ï Ensure work gets allocated to (home-based) MTs in an efficient and timely manner
„Ï Ensure work gets completed by all MTs per TAT
„Ï Ensure that MTs are performing per TAT and accuracy
„Ï Ensure new accounts seamlessly get transitioned into daily work-flow (trial to stable operations)
„Ï Ensure that ALL trials get the focused attention that is required to ensure high customer satisfaction and confidence
„Ï Ensure that new MTs come up to speed and become a part of the operations team in as short time period as possible
Compensation:
„Ï Highly competitive wages (commensurate with experience) PLUS benefits
Requirements:
„Ï Must have 5 years of MT work-allocation and work-flow management experience
„Ï Must have handled operations with more than 100 home-based MTs and QCs
„Ï Must be self-motivated and reliable
„Ï Readiness to do whatever it takes to ensure that work gets done every day
