Customer Service/Account Manager

We are looking for someone with MT QA and supervision experience to help train and service our clients and also assist in building and supervising our MT production team. As a premiere, national provider of web based medical transcription services to the hospital and clinic market, is looking to grow again and is looking for that “special team member” to join us. If you like challenge and can accept responsibility of taking care of the world’s best customers then we may have the perfect fit for you. This position is a remote office based position and as such we need someone who is very self motivated and driven to get results quickly and efficiently. The position is either full or part time for at least 20 hours per week. Part time hours would be afternoon/evenings (until 5:00 PM PST, 8:00 PM EST)
Salary is dependent on experience benefits include vacation, personal time off with pay. Expenses required to run the office will be reimbursed by the company monthly. Salary increase after initial 90 day period based on performance.
