CardioScribes is going through a fantastic growth and the ONLY reason is "we are blessed with fantastic MTs". We are currently recruiting for experienced INDEPENDENT SUB-CONTRACTOR Team Leaders / QC.
Responsibilities:
* Be a part of NEW CUSTOMER SETUP TEAM
* Work with the customer to understand and document their requirements
* Recruit MTs for the new account.
* Train the MTs, and QC their files for 2-4 weeks. Ensure that the MTs come up to speed in 2-8 weeks.
* Lead and Manage MT team (of 10-20 MTs)
* Assist MTs with on-going questions/concerns.
* MAY BE REQUIRED TO conduct 3-6% of random QC on each MT within the team per AAMT guidelines and report accuracy
* Transcribe as a part of the team
Compensation:
* Hourly compensation (commensurate with experience) for Administrative, Team Leading and QC activities
* PLUS, pay per line transcribed
Requirements:
* Must have 5 years cardiology experience.
* Must have or be willing to purchase Stedman's Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Words, third edition or more current version if available.
* Must be self-motivated and reliable.
* Willing to learn the details of customer requirements and teach to the MTs
* Full time with flexible hours, some weekend work required.
* Computer requirements - No satellite connections, must be DSL or Broadband equivalent. Microsoft XP operating system and MS Word 2003.
* All cardiology references will be subject to verification.
