CardioScribes is going through a fantastic growth and the ONLY reason is "we are blessed with fantastic MTs". We are currently recruiting for experienced INDEPENDENT SUB-CONTRACTOR Team Leaders / QC.
Responsibilities:
„Ï Be a part of NEW CUSTOMER SETUP TEAM
„X Work with the customer to understand and document their requirements
„X Recruit MTs for the new account.
„X Train the MTs, and QC their files for 2-4 weeks. Ensure that the MTs come up to speed in 2-8 weeks.
„Ï Lead and Manage MT team (of 10-20 MTs)
„X Assist MTs with on-going questions/concerns.
„X MAY BE REQUIRED TO conduct 3-6% of random QC on each MT within the team per AAMT guidelines and report accuracy
„X Transcribe as a part of the team
Compensation:
„Ï Hourly compensation (commensurate with experience) for Administrative, Team Leading and QC activities
„Ï PLUS, pay per line transcribed
Requirements:
„Ï Must have 5 years cardiology experience.
„Ï Must have or be willing to purchase Stedman's Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Words, third edition or more current version if available.
„Ï Must be self-motivated and reliable.
„Ï Willing to learn the details of customer requirements and teach to the MTs
„Ï Full time with flexible hours, some weekend work required.
„Ï Computer requirements - No satellite connections, must be DSL or Broadband equivalent. Microsoft XP operating system and MS Word 2003.
„Ï All cardiology references will be subject to verification.
