3. Two years of hospital transcription experience and/or cardiology and vascular diagnostic test reports.
4. Able to commit to 1000 lines per day - any 5 days per week - any time of night or day - with 98% consistent accuracy.
5. Line count based on 65-character lines WITH spaces.
6. Pay scale: 8 cents per line WITH spaces.
7. Must be a resident of and reside in the United States or Canada.
8. Purchase of Dictaphone foot pedal with USB adapter at $150 one-time purchase to be deducted from second payroll check at end of first month - yours to keep and can also be used for other clients you might have.
9. Must be able to start training no later than Thursday, April 24, 2008.
