New Quarterly QA for time sheet - MT

This is the time sheet for the second week of the third quarter. Shouldn't the QA score on the bottom reflect the new third period QA? Because mine is very high and not indicative of the poor work I am doing according to TL e mail. Is it me, or shouldn't the new QA score on the bottom be for the new quarter (third)... any ideas?

Yes, it should be the April thru June QA score - on last week time card

I was told I was failing and I needed to do better than 99% by my TL in an e mail or I was gone. I go in and find my QA for last quarter was higher than ever...no where near less than 99%... I do not understand this. I feel like I am in the twilight zone...

Actually, my time card for last week still has last quarters QA score on it. - Who knows what they are doing

Maybe they don't have it loaded correctly or maybe your TL has you mixed up with another MT. I had that happen before.

This does not make sense, if it is still last quarter's score, it will be perhaps the third week before the new score is on? Or maybe last quarter is the same as this new quarter?

New quarterly QA for timesheet - Sarah

I asked my TL why I was not getting incentive starting July 1. She said that payroll said that the "new quarter would start July 6....because of the last few days of June being on this timesheet......we are being cheated out of a week's incentive. I didn't make incentive the last quarter and that was a split quarter too, and they took my incentive off right away. I made it this quarter. My timesheet still shows last quarter's score. I was told to write to HR, but really, would it make a difference?

Of course, write HR! Maybe it runs over a week - at the end of the quarter to make up?nm

If things pop up and you need to work say 1/2 hour past your normal "scheduled" quit time to get your 8 hours in is it necessarily a problem? How closely do they monitor the time cards? How much flexibility do they allow? Some places give you 30 minutes to an hour leeway (sp), do they? ...

So the doctors are upset about the blanks being left in reports? Well, you get what you pay for. I'M upset about the crappy wage you pay for VR. And don't forget the extras we have to do that we are NOT paid for. Increase our wages and that will decrease the blanks. I don't spend a lot of time researching anymore, cuts down on my pay. I have heard people on here say you have to pay your SE taxes quarterly or you get penalized. I didn't do that. I took my stuff to H&R block and they did my taxes with just a regular SE status, added to my employee status for my employee job. They asked me if i had paid in anything and I told them no, but I didn't get penalized in any way. Is that normal? Does anyone know when this might be paid? Coming from Transcend, we were "grandfathered" in at 99% and supposed to get 10% for the first quarter. There is something that I've been thinking of that truly breaks my heart. To think that some or most or all of us just miss getting the quarterly bonus by 2/10ths of a percentage point or 1/10th or whatever.
