Just got a peek at next pay, the first with the new pay scale. I was astounded to see the pay was the highest I have seen in years! True, I worked my S off to get it, and I realize it can disappear in a flash at the whim of QA, but in this probably very brief moment I'm going to bask in the glow and hope for the best..... Indeed, Merry Christmas!!

I thought I had made the highest line count in years, but then I realized, because of VR, the line count is cut in half, so I am NOT making more per line. It is deceiving. It looks like I made 9.5 a line. In addition, take away the weekly incentive.....

First, there was no way to get incentives and even saw FIESA listing how QC or supervisors could know how much % an MT was at for accuracy and amount sent to QC and a person wanted to, could make sure an MT could go under/over those percentages (I was in QC and had LPH requirements too, then could word for word tell you how Nuance worded these requirements so that "incentives...available...with LPH requirement...for QC" literally described, as the last line of requirements for incentives: "you are not eligible if your title is QC..." and why I do not, at all, in my opinion, believe you are an actual MT at Nuance. I typed there too and now working at a company who pays LESS cpl and VR is GREAT and I make MORE money at less CPL because this company's VR is more accurate than "makers of dragon's" VR...see the discrepancy? Idk who you are, but you have no right to suck in new MTs or new grads with your statement so I want to be sure any new MTs or new grads can check Nuance out for themselves, as I've never seen anything even remotely close to this in any post about Nuance, let alone opposite is all I've seen and is ONLY ONE reason Nuance is NOT a good place to work, in my opinion.

I realize this board breeds paranoia and knew that post w/ not be met with favor..... just sayin' in my on case that with this last pay period I made more pay than at any time the past one year. I've suffered right along with the rest of you, my only consolation was that I wasn't in this alone. Actual MT, my foot! I've cried more in the last three years since hospital was bought out by Nuance that I have in the past 63 years of my life. I haven't been fortunate enough to obtain other employment as you have due to my age (age discrimination be damned) and geographic location/job situation in the area, but you had better believe that I have sure as hell been looking. I've always managed to be just below the 99% QA for the the past year. I'm guessing this last round was purely an oversight by the QA team. and yes, I've seen QA wait until the last second and snatch away any incentive I might have earned right along with the rest of you. I know I'm simply hoping that things can/will improve because they sure as hell can't get any worse..... and no, about the time you say it can't get worse, it usually does...... No, I'm not trying to suck in any newbies, would not wish that on anybody..... the place sucks big time.... If you would like to truly veriify if I'm an "actual MT" e-mail me and I can provide information to you......

This smells of management. Pleeassee. Even the follow up note was ridiculously full of boohoos that mimic other posts. Nuance is so desperate these days. Why doesn't somebody email her for verification? Hahaha! Poor baiting "Weary MT".

Of all the MQ employees here scheduled to work on Saturdays, has anyone been approved to have off Christmas Day? I put in my request exactly 60 days ahead of time (since we can't do it before that) and have yet to hear anything.
