How Many Times Have You Fallen Below

UGH -- I am feeling sick with myself -- it looks like it'll be 2 weeks in a row that I have "fallen off the grid" and had below 99% QA.  I do NOT want to lose my job.  I know Nuance has plenty of issues, but I still like my hours, my accounts, and have not had many problems.  When do you start getting reprimanded or whatever for being below 99%? ...
