Are you ok? Did you choke on the caviar? The boost initiate is about collaborative intelligence, and I, being an intelligent MT, have been collaborating with my fellow MTs about the lack of communication lately. Just making sure you are well.

I can just see him packing up and trying to get out before the release of the enhanced pay plan that will in essence be a pay cut and he knows it. He will let the next guy take the brunt of the MT anger and watch the company collapse and completely move to India. But hey as long as he gets his bonus right?

I'm seriously considering using the "Ask Vern" feature on the MModal home page to "ask Vern" where the work is. So far I have received one e-mail from my TSM in the West Region regarding the lack of work, this dated February 20. Also included in that e-mail was the warning that schedules would have to be changed. However, there's no work nights or weekends either, so I don't see that as a solution.
