Vern and Amy out - thirsty MT

So just learned we have a new CEO (again) and COO. Does anyone want "ownership of this company?" Feel like I've been taken out in the desert and left again. Where are the company execs who take ownership of a company and care about what it does and offers to customers? instead of only trying to be on the plus side of the spreadsheet and if not, they are outa here? Anyone hear why Vern up and left?

I did finally leave this horrible place, but I was with them for 15 years, 7 of which was pretty good.

It's just what they do. They keep changing hands for whatever reason. Every time they do, they restructure, send out employee surveys, how can we help, etc., etc., new this, new that, all in the supposed interest of the MT.

Whoever asked this question, hasn't been in these parts for very long. Changing CEO types,then restructuring is just part of what they do. In a couple of months, you won't know which side is up anymore, as if we ever did.

I'm seriously considering using the "Ask Vern" feature on the MModal home page to "ask Vern" where the work is. So far I have received one e-mail from my TSM in the West Region regarding the lack of work, this dated February 20. Also included in that e-mail was the warning that schedules would have to be changed. However, there's no work nights or weekends either, so I don't see that as a solution.
