Remedy/Qcare - ee

I have tried to alert my CCM about no work through Remedy, nothing happens, nothing moves on the page. I have tired to use QCare, it tells me I do not have the right to access when I click on service request. This is RIDICULOUS

on the homepage of remedy click on the report a problem box,this will bring you to where you need to be. Hope it works for you....I hate all these changes!!!

Cmon now . . . no work this morning for 1-1/2 hours!tried calling, on hold for 35 minutes. Telling me to submit a ticket to remedy. How do we access Remedy? That link didn't work. Why do we have to use our own PTO when there's no work. We get paid for just a lousy 15 minutes??!!

You can also make up the time or take the - SM

rest of the day off without pay. There is a drop down box on Remedy where you choose one of these options.

We used to get paid when there was no work. Now they overstaff so much they took that away too and we have to use our time. Sucks!

Perhaps I am paranoid, but I think when one fills out a QCare report, that there is no chance of getting any report for multiple hours. It is like QCare shuts you off completely, even if you do indicate you want to make up the time. ...

Can someone please tell me what I have to put in to log in to QCare? I'm an ex DSGer and just found out today that we have to log in to QCare and put in a ticket if we have no work, but no one seems to know how to log in. Do I have to enter a provider or is "default" ok? What would my MQCentral User ID and what is my MQCentral password be? ...

Okay, yes I am upset. What part of this ph1no1 person??? did not understand when I sent an email to Support that I COULD NOT GET INTO QCare!!! I have dial up. What is the point of Remedy posting when there are no jobs- nothing ever gets addressed. Only hear volumes are low!! When am I going to wise up and just throw in the towel. I waste more money by doing this job, no time to cook, clean, etc...I would save money by not worrying about the work. However, If I could work my full shift it would be worth it. Am I being told something, just to stubborn to listen? ...

I keep getting some error message. I don't really feel like wasting my time calling support. I really would like to report the problem with QASAR even though I doubt it will get fixed. At least telling them will give me some twisted satisfaction. I have not been able to scroll through the report, and even though clicking on an input link will take me to that point in the report, I cannot scroll back up to the top again ...
