Nuance overtaking Transcend..now MModal no longer #1 in MTSO? - not sure how it impacts..just interesting

Wonder why Mmodal even keeps stable of MTs..since clearly they are a VR/EMR company. I wonder if they could get rid of this dead wait of these irritating typists they have to deal with and just move en masse over to Nuance?

I just really really like docqscribe..Ive tried about 4 other platforms and none of them compare

I know nothing about Nuance..but did hear they pay less 8 cap for typing 4 for ASR - and re: all the ???? re post, just passing on new

I thought with experience comes pay RAISES...never been disciplined just company wide cuts...so depressing

Slim to none would be my guess unless they give one company wide.

Their set pay for ASR is 0.41 for all shifts except third, which is 0.46. I dont work there but read it in a post from another employee.

I heard they have an incentive program that gives them a couple cents extra if they pass all the audits, which means they get audited throughout the pay-period. Doesn't sound appealing to me.

The government requires a narrative report for each patient and the EMR does not provide a narrative, simply stores patient information. Hence, the reason for the MT.

I left MModal when they took over a company I was working for, so really I was only with them for about 2 weeks. Now I'm working for a company that Nuance is taking over. Rumor has it that now Nuance will purchase MModal!!! OMG... There will be no other company left. Nuance is horrible and now with joining hips with MModal it will be worse for all of us. I left MModal and now with Nuance and things are not better. MModal will just continue to ruin the industry and send everything offshore or to VR and pay us pennies for our knowledge and hard work.
