I have a few SH entries to insert dates - for example, ydl inserts yesterday's date using the long format (July 9, 2013). I have one little problem though and can't seem to figure it out. When I use the "%e" parameter, I get "July 9, 2013" with the extra space between the month and the day. Once the days roll over to double digits this is not a problem. Just curious if anyone is using it. It is supposed to save us keystrokes (like they really care) but I turned it off after the first 2 lines of my first ASR report. The CTRL F7 feature is to enable notification of gender mismatch, or catch that we didn't change cc to mL (if the client requests that) or positive allergens are not in all caps (again, if the client requests that.) The one where you can hit shift/ctrl/M or control M to take the cursor to the voice and the voice to the cursor. It's a really handy feature but I find that about half the time (more recently!) it just does NOT work.
