Hi -

Would someone be kind enough to steer me in the direction I need to go to obtain a new headset from MModal? Thanks.

And just tell them what you need. They have always responded quickly & shipped quickly, keyboards, mouse, whatever.
Do you know about the Q-care site? Not trying to be insulting, thought you might be one of the reluctant buy-out people.

You are not insulting in the least. I appreciate your helping me. Unfortunately, I am very familiar with Q-Care's other service regarding NJA, *sigh* -- just didn't realize they were the place to go for replacements too. Thanks again.

Call their IT dept and see if they will send you more. - I bought some from Walmart for like $30

And they are great, same brand as the ones M-Modal sends you but much better quality, I cant hear anything but the dictator when I got those bad boys on.

Otherwise, I think if you call M-Modal they will send you new ones.

I get mine at Walgreens - Sony for $6. Work fine for me. nm - Sunflower

Hubby and step child will be home for the next 9 days making my work environment extremely noising and crazy. I need to get new headphones and wondered what everyone recommended. I can't stand the kind that sit in the ear. Every pair I have every tried makes my ear hurt after about 2 to 3 hours and as I am on a 12-hour schedule I prefer over the ear ones if any uses them.
