Freezing up and audio going crazy. Even more screwy than the normal screwy. Anybody else?

I have been working for a couple of hours now on 4 different accounts. I have noticed that in documents there are entire sentences missing, many words missing, and lots of lab names and values missing???? WHAT THE HECK? It has been in numerous dictations and not just one or two. I have had to add many sentences, lab names, words, sometimes every other word. What is going on? Has anyone else noticed this? It looks all squeezed together and too small. Office says it is the correct font and size that I use. I've closed and reopened by transcription platform. I didn't purposely go in and change anything today. Any ideas? ...
