Can anyone tell me when PTO accrual starts?

I may just be missing it, but I didn't see anything specifically addressing this. I don't mean $$ rate, but hours accumulation. TIA ...

If we work more than 40 hours in 1 week or 80 hours in 2 weeks, do we accrue extra PTO or just the regular amount of hours? TIA ...

Does it go by the hours you are scheduled or the hours you actually worked. I was thinking about how I was short on hours last month and wondered if I still earned the same amount of PTO. Anyone know? ...

Currently it says there are 161 visitors online. Of all the MTs in the US this just seems like such a smalllllll number. Lately after I have done a few reports, EditScript starts to get slow. I hit a key and there is a delay before it does anything. Not much of a delay, but still delayed enough to slow me down. Eventually, it gets soo slow that uploading the current report and downloading the next one becomes next to impossible and I have to close it out and reboot the program.
