My friend says malic acid helps a lot. I haven't tried this yet. Also a product called New Chapter Berry Greens will give us all the nutrients we need plus all the probiotics. I definitely need this as I just finished the Cipro. Also the Fibromyalgia Coalition has some great info on diet, etc. Do any of you find a certain calcium that helps more than others? I drink calcium carbonate but my friend says maybe the calcium maleate is better for the muscle pain.
