Right - there is substance abuse, but, as I'm sure you know, many do not understand that when you are on narcotics, last I read was for over 2 weeks only, your body is dependent upon them, so its honestly just as bad pain-wise for the user or the addict. So sad. And such a stigma of shame when we haven't done anything wrong - even the doctors treat us all alike in attitude.
