Well, I'm planning to start doing the Zumba latin dance classes at my gym. I bought the DVDs to do at home as well. My plan is to warm up, do the dance class, swim a couple of laps and get in the jacuzzi. My problem is that once I start exercising I throw into a fibro flare and I'm hoping by what I've proposed about, I will avoid that. I can also get a massage in between every so often. Any feedback or suggestions are MOST welcome! Oh, my goal is to lose 50 lbs. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!     |
