Went to pain clinic like I was talking about and when telling the physician my diagnosis could read in his face he did not believe in a fibro diagnosis. I even told him - you don't believe in that diagnosis, do you? He said he had patients who have pain. He gave me Flexeril and Lyrica (not helping) but I told him pain in the ribs, front and back and he said I could not have front and back both. I guess he knows my body better than me on a first visit without any tests, exams, etc. I came home only to read a big report that Mayo Clinic doing on fibro. Guess he probably knows more than them also. I know Flexeril for muscles and this is not a muscle thing. I just get tired of trying to find someone who knows and cares. |
