I would ask you doc to put you on something more regular like Zoloft or Wellbutrin. As far as your ex goes, is he legit in punishing the kids the way he does or does he do it just because. If not legitamite reason I would contact the police. I take it he has visitation? If not i would keep the kids away from him. How old are your children. I wouldn't be afraid to take the Ativan but whey didnt he give you something to take everyday. I would push that matter. I take zoloft everyday and i have taken Wellbutrin in the past what a help they are. I take xanax as needed but I am afraid to take that becuase I am breastfeeding my infant.
