I am the exact same way.  I would rather stay at home and watch TV or read a book rather than get out and deal with people.  I guess I didn't realize before starting to work at home how rude people really are.  I tend to be a little hot headed, so I would rather not deal with them and lose my cool.  Also, I realize how long it actually takes to get ready to go somewhere.  I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one dealing with this.
