Interesting article. I agree there's stigma. I saw it while working in an orthopaedist's office as a secretary. A nurse's attitude there was apalling. You would think someone in the medical field, even though not in psychiatry, would be more knowledgable. She was a moron. I think the mentally ill are sometimes marginalized in society. Change takes time and happens slowly. Thanks for sharing. |
