Boy, I sympathize with you! We went through the same thing and eventually the only thing that worked was an orange hand cleanser used by mechanics. It is a liquid soap with pumice in it. I think I bought it at a hardware store. FYI, if you ever have this problem again, I've been told olive oil works well and is easier to get out. Good luck!
