This is the United States and the last I heard, we still have freedom to express ourselves so long as it's not comitting a crime, right? The way I see it, he's shoving his own personal beliefs and his idea of how things "should be" down your throat. That, to me, is threatening behavior.
I see nothing wrong with having a little fun on Halloween. I mean, you're not hurting anyone so why should he care, really?
