I am so glad we live in an age of internet. I remember my parents over killing me with some of my mistakes. I don’t want to be like them.
My little 5 year old is a social butterfly and it thrills me to death that she has a ton of friends. I was always quiet and shy my whole life and only had a few friends. Then they would move away and I would have no friends for a while. I hope she never knows that pain but at the same time I do want her to learn there is a time for everything and she will. This is her first year in real school and schedules are more ridged than they were in daycare and she is finding that out. |
