A picture frame would be an easy craft for them to make. If you could take a picture of each student. Let them make a frame out of popsicle sticks, 4 or 8, stacking them logcabin style, then they can glue the candy hearts on it, the ones that say "I love you" and such. Glue the picture to a piece of posterboard and then the frame to the posterboard. You can put a magnetic strip on the back and they can give it to thier parents...or thier valentine. Just an idea.
