In general, you never know someone's financial situation, plus I would think its up to the Dr. to provide all treatment options available as its ultimately the patients decision. I agree but as stated above, some doctors do not do that.  Why should your financial situation dictate the treatment you recv?  Why is a man who has 3 Million more important than a man who has 300 dollars?
